Depot is a software management tool. See README.depot for details

This version is incompatible with the 4.X (020) release.

The files ending in '.gz' are compressed with GNU zip. This 
program is available from aeneas.mit.edu in /pub/gnu.

The files in this directory are
        README.depot    - readme file from the depot.tar.gz distribution
        depot.tar.gz    - a symlink to the latest version of depot
        depot.ps.gz     - The depot paper presented to LISA VI
        old             - the "old" source code for depot
